Category 1- Under $750
My pick for the best lower priced treadmill is the Horizon T101. It is a fantastic machine for it’s price and challenges many of the treadmills that are over $1,000. You get great quality at a very reasonable price with the Horizon T101 model and compared to other treadmills in the same price category it is a lot more reliable. In my opinion, this is by far the strongest entry level Horizon that I have seen so far. For the average user who is looking for a reliable treadmill experience without all of the bells and whistles of the top end machines, the Horizon T101 is a fantastic buy. Infact the T101 was awarded a “Best Buy”… which conveys its credibility.
Category 2- $1,000-$1300
My pick for the best moderately priced treadmill is the NordicTrack Commercial 1500. This is a fantastic machine and one of the best NordicTrack models ever made. NordicTrack has a reputation for quality and convenience. This treadmill offers just that.
With its amazingly low impact running surface, built in programs and incredible extended warranty, this model has everything you would need in the 1,000-1300 dollar category. Most people are extremely satisfied with their purchase of the NordicTrack Commercial 1500 as it has gotten great reviews on amazon and ebay.
Category 3- $1500-$1900
The pick for the best higher end treadmill is the Precor 9.23. This treadmill is an amazing buy and comes with all of the bells and whistles you could possibly want with a higher priced home treadmill. The warranty is fantastic and the quality of this machine is unreal. This treadmill will not only give you a great workout, it will motivate you as well! This machine boasts multi-zone suspension cushions for your joints upon impact. It also has a number of programs that will help you lose weight and get in the best shape of your life. It is a quality interactive machine.
