I took a class today from a new-to-me instructor and since it was a little different workout, I felt the burn. It’s good to mix things up!
Yesterday was a rest day so I did some sweating this morning even though the LA Marathon is tomorrow. My workouts this week looked like:
M: Xtend barre//Ran 8.5 miles outside
W: Xtend barre//Ran on TM 7 miles
TH: Ran on TM 7.6 miles//yoga class
S: Xtend barre//Ran 5.25 miles outside
And nearly 18 miles of dog walking thrown in there. So more rest days, more barre classes but fewer miles run than usual.
Last night I messed around with my flat iron, the husband messed around with his golf clubs, and then we went out to dinner in Laguna Beach.
