Black Friday is over, Cyber Monday is over, but I’ve got another good deal for ya…
The Compex e-stim machines are 20% OFF with the code TU20. It’s only good for one week so you better get on it faster than Brad’s race versus Jenn to the alter.
I have the Edge unit which retails for $399.99 so you can get it for $320, cheaper than many of the new Garmin watches. I’ve never seen any Compex sales, let alone 20% off.
{I first started using one during my “Man Up Week” where I ran 3 marathons and 41 miles of an ultra relay in 8 days.}
You can read more here about the scientific info behind electrical muscle stimulation, and I wrote another post on it here.
{Sweaty Emily took this gorg photo of me in the Ragnar van in Vegas. Safe to say, the midnight hour is not my finest. or beautiful-est.}

I wonder if that is similar to what my chiropractor uses before I receive an adjustment?
I love that you take the time to let us know about sales! I’ve just ordered my first(purple!) pair of pro compression socks yesterday..and I cannot wait to get them, so I can REALLY pretend I do the whole running thing!
Looks pretty sweet! I’ve seen that (or something similar) at a race expo recently. Def worth the investment
I’m definitely a bit skeptical about things like this. I still think stretching and ice would be better than hooking yourself up to some contraption.
I’ll have to do some more research.
Definitely do some research. a lot of doctors and physical therapists use e-stim machines, most of compex’s business actually is to the medical field.
Fun Fact: Apparently Bruce Lee would use something similar to help him train.
This came from Anthony, who is a big BL fan. I’m pretty sure having one makes me a martial arts master too!
