A long time ago in a land far away the Sunglasses Shop asked if I wanted to try out a pair of their Oakley sunglasses.
I finally got my act together and picked out the Oakley Beckon in Brown Sugar with Bronze (there’s a lot of different colors in this style).
I have one running specific pair of sunglasses (seen in this post), but I’ll pretty much wear any of my sunglasses while running if they don’t fog up or slide around my face.
All Oakley sunglasses are built using Oakley technology; the High Definition Optics give you the best clarity and a Three-Point-Fit means your sunglasses will only touch your nose bridge and temple.
Unobtainium grips means the sunglasses will stay where you want them.
I like the look because they don’t look like athletic running sunglasses, but the real test was running in them, not just cruising in the smartcar. To have a good pair of glasses, you have to marry fashion with function.
The verdict: they barely moved (a little movement when I was running down a steep hill) and didn’t fog up at all. The lenses are also polarized which minimizes glare (less squinting, less baby grandma wrinkly eyes).
As practical as they are pretty, BECKON’s PLUTONITE® lenses filter out 100% of UVA / UVB / UVC and harmful blue light up to 400nm. The O Matter® frame material resists impact and stress while offering up seriously lightweight comfort.
What’s nice is that the Sunglasses Shop carries a lot of different Oakley Women styles to fit any girl’s taste – did you see the ones Janae picked out?
Adorable and they’re so her, but they wouldn’t look a quarter that cute on me. I have a round face and prefer a big, square frame, and there’s a style for everyone’s preference.

I was going to comment to tell you how cute you looked but a giveaway is just a nice little bonus. I have one pair of running sunglasses, and they are the quintessential sport frames and I feel like a turd in them. And they make my face feel sweaty. Very sexy when you are pushing a stroller and pulling a dog.

Liked on FB. I don’t wear sunglasses running as they always fog up.

I liked them on facebook, i usually don’t wear sunglasses at all because i don’t want to drop a ton of money on a pair so i go with the cheap Target pairs but then they break or get messed up super fast. so hopefully these will be perfect! my eyes are getting more sensitive now (even tho in oregon there’s barely any sun), so hopefully a new pair will save my eyes when we see the sun again come June next year.

I Love my Oakley Sunglasses too. I have tried also Uvex, Rudy projects but none of them did fit on my face so good as oakley.
I just put them on before trainning and I dont feel them at all. I am wearing Oakley Radarlock right now (see the link) and they look awesome
