Lately I’ve been making protein smoothies after working out – it’s a quick, easy way to refuel with protein and carbs and rehydrate. and cool your core temp down from 9800 degrees.
I use CLICK espresso protein drink mix (120 cals, 1.5 g fat, 15g protein) because it tastes like coffee and I’ve killed for coffee before…
