Funny how I do Bikram yoga weekly and am training for a half, though that last 20 pounds isn’t budging for anything. (did I mention I’ve also been on Weight Watchers for over a year….lost the first 40, then it just stopped about 20 pounds shy of the finish line for no reason at all…) Bitter, party of one right up in here. Oh, well. I’m not doing that sugar-free business even if it would help with the last 20. That’s just cruel.

Congratulations on losing the 40 pounds! And good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey.

I have been on WW for 10 months now. I’m debating taking a step away from it for a while – I lost 15 pounds very quickly and am stalling on the last. I think that, contrary to its purpose, it’s making me MORE unmotivated to eat right and track, and I also think that it’s creating an unhealthy relationship with food in my head. Good luck with your continued weight loss — trust me, I know how frustrating it is!

It makes me so happy to see people getting in shape and healthy! This is probably weird, but I worried about John Goodman – and he’s so funny and a great actor, but he seemed so unhealthy, I was so glad to see him dropping weight and taking care of himself!

I hope that others see these celebrities taking charge of their health and that they are inspired to live healthier lives. I know a lot of people feel that they can’t do it or they don’t know where to start… hopefully that article inspires people to make some changes for the healthier :)

I read recently that Anne Hathaway was saying how she’s fat by Hollywood standards and how she’s trying to slim down for her wedding. Is she crazy?!? She is super skinny, by anyone’s standards. She just needs a little more confidence :)

Honestly I think some of those ladies look better w/ a little more weight on them!

I’m sorry, how is Tyra a “Weight Loss Winner”?! She looks a lot healthier in the 2007 photos. Not that her weight loss is bad, but a winner? Pretty sure some of the others have had more drastic changes…

I would like to see more muscle on those ladies…but Lord knows, Hollywood doesn’t like that ;)
