Chocolate Motivation

You’ve heard before that low-fat chocolate milk is a natural, affordable way to refuel after a workout.

 

So it shouldn’t surprise me that I saw this in a magazine last night:

And what magazine would be talking so much about chocolate?

DO NOT read this issue if you’re giving up chocolate for Lent, on a diet, or for some weird reason trying to not eat chocolate.  The whole dang is full of cocoa from chocolate pasta to cocoa-rubbed ribs to four layer chocolate cakes.  I’ve never ripped out so many recipe pages in my life.

And because eating too much chocolate might cause you waver in your fitness goals, I made some (un)motivational posters for you.  This time I just added on to actual ones, at least for most of them.

I love you for finding that article!!!!
Now if I can only convince my stomach that eating chocolate before my run is a good thing-I’ll have it made!!! Oh, and I’m totally going out and buying some dark chocolate kisses tomorrow :)

Lucky me! Instead of giving up something for Lent, I vowed to put put aside $2 into my kitty jar instead of my usual $1 every work day. That means I can use the moolah to buy the magazine, right???? Please tell me “yes”!

I refuel with milk chocolate- Yum! However, your post is quite mean- haha, gave up sweets for lent…so of course that means chocolate…..although I can have a cheat day on Sundays….so I might have to bust into some chocolate. Those articles look fantabulous, as for one hershey kiss, that’s not my style, more like 6-a million….. guess I should be amped for the gym then huh?

Would you believe I’m not a huge chocolate fan? I mean I wouldn’t turn down a Newmans Own cookie but I can take it or leave it – however I will be buying a bag of kisses now I’d like to see if there’s a difference!

So this dingaling (along w/ my coworker) decided to give up chocolate for lent. I have that same mag (obvi, you just saw it on my blog) and MAN it is driving me crazy. it’s just SITTING next to my bed saying “MAKE EVERYTHING INSIDE OF THIS ISSUE.” it’s taunting me, really.
