You’ve heard before that low-fat chocolate milk is a natural, affordable way to refuel after a workout.
So it shouldn’t surprise me that I saw this in a magazine last night:
“Dark chocolate might increase your exercise performance, according to a new study.”
And what magazine would be talking so much about chocolate?
DO NOT read this issue if you’re giving up chocolate for Lent, on a diet, or for some weird reason trying to not eat chocolate. The whole dang is full of cocoa from chocolate pasta to cocoa-rubbed ribs to four layer chocolate cakes. I’ve never ripped out so many recipe pages in my life.
