After the NYCM race Sunday, HRG and I walked out of the forever and a day long finish area, grabbed a cab and headed over to Crumbs to meet new friends.
I’m generally horrible at remembering anything that doesn’t involve me so please comment and leave me your name/blog if I forgot you.
The adorably sweet and southern Katie and her fiancé Nick. Katie is not actually blind, but my supersweet photography skills have the ability to do that to people.
Cat, Catie and Heather. All three of these lassies are New Yorkers which means Cat in a cab driver, Catie has a little hot dog cart and Heather, I’m pretty sure, is actually the Naked Cowboy. stereotype, what.
Katie and her family; girl is in serious shape, check it out on her blog.
Stephanie (@swagner16) and Janae possibly talking about the pros and cons of disposable blankets worn as capes versus actual jackets.
Janae’s cousin Erin, Stephanie and Janae
Thanks to you all for coming, stopping by and saying hi. It’s seriously so much fun to meet people who share some sort of the same passion, whether that be running, being vain and taking pictures of yourself, or cupcakes.

This weekend was a big weekend for me, but for once (and only once) I don’t want it to be about only me; if you ran a race, send me a picture about it and I’ll post it.
Ashley ran her very first half marathon this weekend in Savannah, congrats girl!

I have heard sooo freakin’ much about Crumbs. Sadly, I will probably never be able to imbibe.
Looks like you guys had a great time; it’s so cool to see HRG on a different site!

It was so awesome meeting you both even though I’m socially awkward and my son was a super crank!
Neon Runner~ It is funny, I often think I look different in pictures than how I see myself haha. I like about 49% of picture of myself.
Awe thanks for the shout out! I really couldn’t have done it without your awesome blog! Now, I’m looking forward to working on my time!
I actually drive a hot dog cart AS a cab. It feels more authentic.
First of all, I cannot believe you ran 2 marathons back to back! Girl you are an inspiration. I had a friend doing the Savannah half…wish I could’ve been down there for it. And those cupcakes look AMAZING. love your blog!
