Went to bed at 1opm, got up at 5:30am, had my gear laid out the night before and ready to go.
I’m sporting an SR shirt, this sparkle BIC Band (is probably my favorite of all), and a Nike Challenger Drifit skirt that’s no longer available. I think I’m going to pass on the SPIbelt though.
Goal today is go out around 8:30 min/mile, run as many miles as I can around 8:15-8:30 and then hold on for the rest. This will be a long training run for Savannah/NYC in a couple weeks so any finish around 3:40-3:45 would be awesome. And anything else is fine too; it’s all gravy.
Off to do #20.

I love that skirt….too cute! That’s mainly what I run in…for some reason, the past few months my shorts ride UP WAAAY too high:)
