Went to bed at 1opm, got up at 5:30am, had my gear laid out the night before and ready to go.
Goal today is go out around 8:30 min/mile, run as many miles as I can around 8:15-8:30 and then hold on for the rest. This will be a long training run for Savannah/NYC in a couple weeks so any finish around 3:40-3:45 would be awesome. And anything else is fine too; it’s all gravy.
