WORKOUT – Ran outside Kenai 7.5 miles/60 mins
We got in pretty late last night, around 2:30am and my dad’s superturd dog woke me up at 6:20am. PETA, close your eyes because I’ma stab a dog.
So I was lagging this morning, but I told myself to just take it easy on the run. There’s no use beating yourself up over a less-than-stellar performance.
Do what you can on the day that you have.
You’re not always going to run goal pace; some days your body won’t be up to it and sometimes your mind won’t. But just do what you can today with what you have in your tank and be proud of that.
