WORKOUT – Ran outside 16.6 miles/2:10 (total) few small hills, no music
Walked 1.5 miles miles
Walked the dog 2 miles
This morning I ran with Pam and TheFasterBunny at Back Bay in Newport.
Pam and I ran a quick 2 miles in 15ish minutes and then met up with Margot at 6:30am.
(Thanks to Margot for being so thoughtful to “not make my blog boring” and do a good pose )
We did 8.5 miles together to bring the total to 10.5/1:22 and then we walked a 1.5 mile cooldown.
If you want fun running partners, I’d suggest these gals but then you’d steal my friends so go find your own!
After saying goodbye to them, I did 6 more on my own to bring the total to 16.6 miles in 2:10 for the day. I’m definitely happy with that since it’s the farthest I’ve ran since I’ve been home. Running with friends is where it’s at. fosho.

TWO WEEKS?!?! Insane.
I wore the shirt proudly this past weekend in a local 5k … I PR’d at 23:05 minutes (38 seconds off my last PR). Dang, speedy girl!
