WORKOUT – Ran DP Harbor 10.0 miles/1:34 + walked dog 2 miles
Slow, music-less, recovery run.
Today was one of those days where I fall in love faster than Kate Hudson with running in SoCal. Dana Point Harbor was sunny and clear, warm but not overly so, quiet and serene since the summer tourists are gone. It was kinda sorta perfect.
Even though I was a little tired from yesterday’s 20, I was running at a comfortable enough pace that 7 miles turned into 8, 9, then 10. Don’t you love it when that happens? Or when you wake up and magically you have legs like Gisele, abs like Marissa and skin like Alessandra?

Yesterday we went to Laguna Beach and grabbed some lunch at Pizza Lounge. The Man had a slice of pepperoni and I had a very boring grilled chicken salad. Pretty typical and average pizza joint; I doubt I’d go back.
We sat on the grass and ate, and then the Dude and the pup left. She was getting a little overheated and excited. Like Adam Lambert at a MAC counter. So they left and I went and layed out for awhile.
Eve though we live fairly close to the beach, I rarely go to it. Need to change that.

I was in Laguna last week visiting my parents and I looked for you. LOL I was wishing you would run bye so I could look like a crazy stalker. LOL
