It’s Friday! Actually, not having a regular job means that days of the week don’t really mean much, but I’ll just pretend alongside you that I’m super excited for Friday!!

According to random.org, the winner of the box of custom created Element bars is…

“Chewy bar with peanut butter, chocolate chips and extra soy protein. I am hungry just browsing that site!”
Carolyn, please email me at skinnyrunnerblog@gmail.com your email and mailing address, and I’ll forward it to Prasanthi at Element bars who will help all your wildest energy bar dreams come true.

Sadly, this will be the last Cat lady Blogs! for a couple weeks while I’m gone. If you get too sad, go revisit some of the past CLB’s. Or send me a check for $25, whatever gets you through.
Today’s lucky lady is Hillary from Nutrition nut on the run!
“Mama Hill. Runner. Health Freak. Foodie. Baker. That’s me…and this is my journal about living a healthy life. As an extreme foodie with a passion for writing, joining the blogging community has been one of my smartest moves yet. This is a place that I share my daily eats, stories about my relationship with food, the stresses and achievements of being a college student, running adventures, and whatever else life may throw at me.”
“As a current Food & Nutrition Communication student, I am trying to practice what may be a part of my future career someday. If by doing the things that make me happy, I am able to provide inspiration to others, than I truly feel as though I have made a difference. I believe that a healthy lifestyle is ultimately reached when one stops trying to be healthy and just lives healthy – and I like to think I am a good example of that.”
‘My favorite quote: “To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.”‘
Now do your thing and go check out Hillary’s blog and tell that nutty girl Hello. Thanks for the email, Hillary.

Were you able to get a custom technical shirt??? I’d love info. I’d love to make a special shirt for my marathon in December.
zazzle.com or customink.com. i used customink but to make a technical tee, you have to buy 6 so i just made cotton tees
runningbanana.com is good too
