Thanks for the article on runner’s trots! It’s only happened to me once, and that was on a training run. My biggest fear is that it will happen while I’m running a big race.

i went to high school with kellan and it amazes me how freaking famous he is now! i remember when he was getting ready to move to california to pursue his dreams…and now hes this huge star!! crazy!!
