Because I’m really campaigning hard for Wife of the Year award, I made my husband a loaf of banana nut bread this morning. It’s his favorite, and I’m hoping the smell of warm, sweet fresh out of the oven bread will gently encourage him to buy me these:

I’m not kidding; I use this thing. (Does anyone else think those kids are way too excited for their own good?!) It’s pretty much right up my culinary alley.
Some healthy substitutions I make are:
*using whole wheat flour
*using egg substitutes
*using half oil and half applesauce
*putting flaxseed in the mix. Don’t tell about this one; it’s a secret.
